By accessing or using the Drum Revolution website, registering for classes, or participating in any Drum Revolution programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Classes & Registration
Registration for classes is subject to availability. Drum Revolution reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified of any cancellations as soon as possible.
- All participants must complete a registration form prior to attending their first class.
- Minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent and liability waiver.
- Participants are expected to arrive on time and behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students.
3. Fees & Payment
Class fees are due prior to the start of each session unless otherwise arranged. Drum Revolution reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in removal from the class roster.
4. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least 7 days before the session start date. Refunds are not available once a session has begun. Drum Revolution is not responsible for absences due to personal scheduling conflicts.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect. Drum Revolution has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. Violations may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
6. Photography & Media
Drum Revolution may photograph or record classes and performances for use in promotional materials, social media, and our website. By participating, you grant Drum Revolution a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness in such materials. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing.
7. Liability Waiver
Participation in taiko drumming involves physical activity. Drum Revolution is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage that may occur during classes or performances. Participants engage in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for disclosing any health conditions that may affect their participation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and choreography, is the property of Drum Revolution and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Changes to Terms
Drum Revolution reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
